Thang: 6 warriors arose the in the gloom to fight off the status quo and work on some PHT (positive habit transfer). According to legend it went a little something like this:
Mosey around the courthouse.
Warmerama: SSH x 20, DQ x 20, AC x 20, LBC x 20, FM x 20, ST x 20, HRM x 10
Mosey to Sheild Lock High for a little Dora action: Partner up. While one man is running the other is completing exercises. Swtich off untill all the exercises are complete. 100 donkey kicks, 200 squats, 300 side straddle hops.
Mosey to Disruption Field for a round of Burpeekins: A burpeekin is where you do a burpee. At the bottom where you do a merkin, you are going to add a few extra strick merkins. One round one, complete one burpeekin. Round 2 complete 2 burpeekins, round 3 complete 3 burpeekins all the way through 5 rounds. What goes up must come down. After the 5 round we worked our way back down from 4, 3, 2, 1. We completed the last one on the courthouse steps.
Numberama, namerama, Meatball led us out.

Moleskin: This was another smokeshow! The fine men of F3 Amelia brought is and we had a visitor traveling from regions far and wide. Meatball is a great HIM who frequents the beat downs in RVA. After two short weeks our Boo Boo was leading the run! This guy has made some major improvements. The fellas were put on notice that F3 is a leadership organization and the time has come. Over the next two weeks there will be a new Q for each workout. Each man is leading a workout for his first time with F3. I’m sure it will be the first of many.
Meatball and YHC (your humble correspondent) had breakfast from Dusty and the gals at Dogged State. We reflected on the power of F3 and how freaking awesome the men are who are the foundation of what we are building. They say you are the sum of the people who you hang out with, and the standards of YHC have risen considerably.
