Moleskin: This was another smokeshow! The fine men of F3 Amelia brought it. Three weeks in and YHC (HeyBooBoo) was Q, and 3 weeks ago he nearly needed M2MR after the warmup! Kingpin is 2 weeks in and CRUSHING IT. Woodstock takes the Q next Tuesday. Men are growing in health and leadership. Over the next two weeks there will be a new Q for each workout. Each man is leading a workout for his first time with F3.
