Thang: 5 warriors intent on disrupting the status quo arose from the gloom to get more durable before the sun came up. According to legend it went a little something like this:

Warmerama: SSH x 20, DQ X 20, LBC X 20

The Winslow: This is a 10 round barn burner. Each member of the pax is assigned an exercise. On round 1, each man leads the group in 1 count of that exercise. On round 2 each man leads the group in 2 counts of that exercise. Continue all the way to 10 rounds. Exercises: Hand release merkins, squats, little baby crunches, burpees, leg lifts. Getting to the 10th round took nearly the entire allotted 45 minutes…but not quite all.

Remaining time was spent lunging across the lawn.

Mosey back to the flag.

Numberama, namerama, Hardywood led us out.

Moleskin: Winslow is a newly named F3 workout. Named after a trainer for the Chesterfield PD who was known to be a beast and trained Swanson many moons ago. Since America’s favorite cop is Carl Winslow of Family Matters fame, this workout is now christened.

The seeds are planted for the Hardest Mile. Prepare now for this to appear on the calendar and upcoming workouts to include elements of this challenge.
